Our horizontal surface grinding capacity is 20 x 72 x 30, 3000 lbs with 3-axis CNC servo driven ball screws, incremental feeds of .000050″, 4th-axis integrated single point tangent radius wheel dresser, beefy ways and spindle bearings are adjusted to tighter than original manufacturers’ specifications, dynamically balanced spindle, vertical spindle attachment and all fixtures necessary to grind any angle or shape and to the hardness of materials.

Our vertical milling capacity is 25 x 80 x 22, 3000 lbs., 3-axis CNC servo driven ball screws, with 4th-axis rotational control, incremental feeds of .000050″, ways and spindle bearings are adjusted to tighter than the original manufacturer’s specifications, high speed spindles for finish milling hardened steels, plastics, aluminum, horizontal milling attachment and all fixtures necessary to mill any angle or shape and to the hardness of materials.

Our turning and OD grinding capacity is 14 x 48, incremental feeds of .0001″ with taper attachment for angle grinding .
We use CADKEYtm and SolidWorks w/ SimSolid Design software and MASTERCAMtm manufacturing software.
